- ADA accessible rooms are available upon request. These rooms are limited, please contact Sun Mountain Lodge in advance to reserve an ADA accessible room. PATTERSON LAKE CABINS ARE NOW DOG FRIENDLY. Guidelines are: Only dogs 75 lbs. or less are accepted (Pit Bulls and Rottweilers are excluded). Only Patterson Lake Cabins are pet friendly. Guest will be required to sign a pet waiver form at check-in at the Front Desk and Front Desk will authorize (not charge) a $250 pet damage fee. The $75 fee is in addition to the room rate. Tax is additional to the fee.
